Abstract: A 12 page research paper that discusses Reagan's influence on the press corps and its effects in the elections and the polls despite the unpopularity of his fiscal policies among many citizens. The paper posits that both the public and the media suffered from Reagan's administration, and that his media legacy has also contributed to other unfavorable results for the current presidency and the media as well.
