Journal Article Critique

Abstract: 4 pages in length. The research question for this study is whether or not there exists ethnic disparity when it comes to meeting the needs for alcoholism, drug abuse and mental health care. The authors' hypothesis, which is based upon results from prior findings on the subject, supports the clearly stated research question by not only seeking to determine if there is ethnic disparity but also to what extent it does, in fact, exist. As such, the hypothesis implies there to be no question as to the existence of ethnic disparity but rather how measurable it is. Bibliography lists 2 sources.
