Eli Rosenbaum is one man who has dedicated both his personal and professional life to prosecuting those involved with the war crimes. Appointed in 1995 as director of the Office of Special Investigations (OSI), which was established in 1979 to track down and institute proceedings to revoke the citizenship of suspected Nazi war criminals, Rosenbaum has embraced OSI's goals and mission as a means by which to rid the world of surviving Nazi war criminals.
