Abstract: 7 pages in length. Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini were desirous of a specialized world in which only certain types of people were to flourish; as well, their individual viewpoint of politics did not correspond with other global leaders, ultimately establishing them as two of history's most contemptible leaders. However, there was a certain appeal to their programs in order for them to have been devised and put to task, yet it is by way of mental, emotional and social persuasion that such otherwise undemocratic programs could have ever prevailed.
