Charles Michael Schwab

Abstract: 5 pages in length. Charles Michael Schwab was a business powerhouse. Instrumental in revamping the entire steel industry, Schwab took the ultimate risk in order to manufacture a type of steel that still maintains the integrity of some of the world's most celebrated structures. Schwab was not a quitter when it came to innovation and industry sense. His business savvy was both feared and revered by the most powerful to the least influential; to Schwab, it did not matter who you were as long as you were part of the working team. He did, however, maintain a separation between management and laborer, firmly believing that supervisory personnel was never to be overpowered by the working population.
